StartEngine launches as a Regulation A+ Crowdfunding Equity platform

The launch of StartEngine crowdfunding engine comes just a few months after the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved changes to Regulation A+ as required by the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act or JOBS Act’s Title IV rules that allow entrepreneurs to raise a maximum of 50 million dollars in capital through crowdfunding.
