Six small cap ($30,000,000 and under) IPOs priced in the second quarter of 2026 (1 in April, 5 in May and 0 in June) – which is only one more than the dismal first quarter of 2026. On the other hand, direct listings continue a somewhat regular stream with 5 trading in Q2 2026. Below is a chart of relevant deal information for the second quarter IPOs.
